**Note: Verbs expressing existence: The be verb is not always a linking verb. Sometimes it simply expresses where something is located. Ex: The book should be on the table.
Helping Verbs are verbs that can be added to another verb to make a verb phrase.
Ex They sing at the church.
They will sing at the church.
They might sing at the church.
**Verb Phrases can be interrupted!!!!
They will definitely be singing in the morning.
Write the following sentences. Circle the main verb and underline all helping verbs.
1. Differing accounts have sometimes been written of the events of Apollo 13 mission.
2. However, you will be impressed by the courage of the the Apollo 13 crew.
