A pack, for example, is "a group of dogs or other animals that travel together." These nouns are called collective nouns.

Friday May 15th Academic Vocabulary Level A Unit 2 Part 2 Level A Unit 2 Test - Will be posted on Friday Monday 4/27 Some may be relieved, I have decided to move the test for Level A, Unit 1 Part 1 to Friday. However, this test will be over the entire unit 1 (part 1 & 2) of 20 vocabulary words. I haven't received everyone's part 1 yet and was concerned about you being ready since this is your first Academic Vocabulary test. Now, to help you out in your work and study, use the vocabulary tab at the top or the page. You will find synonym and antonym support, For ACTUAL definitions, Click the first button. You are LEVEL A. There you will find the word, part of speech, definitions, games, and practice quizzes to help you study so will be able to ace the test. I take a lot of questions directly from there. Remember this sheet is taking the place of your spelling packet. Your story is due on Friday. The stories are made up of your vocabulary words. They each get their own sentence, the word is underlined, and the context clues are circled. The words do not have to be in order in your story but put a number by them if you go out of order.
