Reminder to Students:
You will need to make a least 100-175 snapshots. Be patient. Make sure your hand is out of the way before you take the picture. Make sure to make small movements so it will not look to jerky. It is about the inanimate becoming animate. Keep it simple. You should include a brief a plot line, plot twist, and some framing shots.
iMotion App
1. press "New Movie"
2. Type in title of movie in the white space provided
3. press the button that has a hand on it and says, "Manual"
4. Press Start
5. Animators-use Tool button and press grid button, this will help you to frame your shots and set up what is seen on the screen. (this can be turned on and off anytime.)
6. Capture button takes the snapshot.
7. You should have a minimum of about 100-175 snaps.
8. Only press STOP when you are completely finished.
EDITING
9. You can edit/remove a framed shot, if you accidently caught your hand, once the movie is complete by going BACK and pressing MY MOVIES button.
10. click on the movie you want to edit. Here you can change the speed, and remove a specific framed shot.
11. Click tools button and you will see pause, forward and reverse, and a button that looks like a polaroid shot. It is the last button with the polaroid shot that will remove the selected image.
